The evolution of 'Me' Body Image Journal

Kim Rounsefell·September 14, 2020
Evolution of the new Me Body Image Journal

Our 'Me' Body Image journals evolved this week.

These journals had outgrown their humble beginnings as a hand-printed zine out of our home studio. We've had the opportunity to learn from them, and develop their physical design to allow for better durability as reliable journals need.

The result is a more polished matt finished cover with thicker inside pages that will better withstand coloring, collage, and scribbling within its pages.

In some ways, when you think of it, the evolution of our Me journals is similar to how people grow and evolve from our life experiences too.

But of course, the most important part isn't the journal's physical design but the content within its pages. That bit remains the same—a positive reflective tool to help support one's body image.

I'm really proud of it. I hope you love the new version of 'Me'.

Kim x
